Thor Wickstrom is a fine artist, landscape and cityscape painter, working in New York and in the Berkshires. His paintings are all done outdoors on location and sometimes developed further in the studio. Born in 1960, Thor moved to New York in 1979 to study oil painting at the Art Students League with Robert Philipp, Julian Levy and Joseph Hirsch. In 1984, he studied at the Ecole Des Beaux Arts in Paris with Jean Francois Debord.
